General Announcements
*Warriors - grab your Baguettes and Berets, we are headed to France! On this trip you’ll cruise the river Seine, take in views of the Eiffel tower, walk the charming streets of Bordeaux during a dessert themed tour and learn to make delicious sweets from a French pastry chef. All Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors interested in exploring the culture and cuisine of France are invited to learn more about the trip at our family info meeting on January 20th @ 6:00pm. Please RSVP to the QR code on the posters around school and in any Science room. Ask Ms. Wood in Science if you have any questions.
*Attention FBLA Members, the district testing window is OPEN and all students signed up for testing events must complete your tests no later than Thursday, January 15th. If you are signed up for an event with a partner you must test with that partner at the same time. Please check Google Classroom for a full listing of testing times and locations. There is no extension on this deadline.
*Thinking about taking a gap year? Arapahoe High School will be hosting the Denver Gap Year Fair on Tuesday, January 20th in the Forum from 6:00-8:30 pm. Learn about summer programs, internships, volunteerism, language schools and college credit. Eligible students who attend the fair can register to win a $5,000 gap year scholarship! See the Post Secondary Events Tab on the website or Scan the QR code on any of the many posters around the building for more information and to register.

*Did you know there is a Boys LPS Volleyball team? Join us for open gyms this Sunday, January 11th from 2:00-4:00pm at Heritage High School and Tuesday, January 13th from 7:00-9:00pm at Arapahoe High School. *Good luck to our Warrior Boys Wrestlers TONIGHT at Eaglecrest. The match starts at 5:00pm.
*Good luck to our Boys Basketball teams TONIGHT as the take on Castle View @ Castle View High School. Varsity plays @ 7:00pm after JV @ 5:30pm. The Freshman team will also play at 5:30pm.
*Attention ALL boys interested in swimming and diving at AHS this spring! We will have an organizational meeting on Thursday, Jan 15th in the Forum at 6:30pm. Please make all attempts to be at the meeting if you are interested in being on the team. Swimming and diving is a no cut sport!
