General Announcements
Juniors and seniors: There are many colleges visiting Arapahoe this week. Check the white board outside the Guidance Center for colleges visiting that day or check the visit schedule on Naviance Family Connection or check the schedule in the Guidance Center. This is your opportunity to meet college representatives and get your questions answered.
Would you like to pay off that library fine and at the same time donate to the Bronco Wives Food Drive? How do you ask!? Now until October 18th you will receive a .25 credit off your fine balance for every non perishable food donation you bring into the library. To ensure that you receive credit toward your fine, personally hand your donation to any of the library staff members. Help yourself while you help others.
The Homecoming photos are in and can be picked up in the main office.
This is a special – no make that a sweet- announcement from Mrs. Krueger’s 6th period, Introduction to Business class. We are starting up our own class business and we need money to get started. Starting today during both lunches we are selling raffle tickets. The winner of the raffle will receive a huge box of candy to enjoy and share with your friends. Tickets are only $1 – buy two and double your chances of winning.
Don’t forget to sign your team up for the Dodgeball Tournament on Oct. 25th! You can sign up today in the DECA store or talk to Mrs. Grantham. It’s only $1 per player or $10 per team. Hurry – space is limited!!
Hey Key Club! Come this Monday, October 16th, after school in room C16 to sign up for Trick or Treat Street and other great community service opportunities!
Athletics
Attention JV softball players. Please return your uniforms to Coach Krueger in the Business Office by tomorrow, October 13th. Get them in this week so you can avoid being hit with a fine.
Attention all girl golfers! Your silent auction donation is due to Mrs. Abner by the end of the week. Please bring your donation to the women’s PE office by tomorrow.
The Boy's Swim/ Dive Team Seniors will meet Friday after school in front of the pool for their senior photo. Bring a "childhood" swimming photo and wear your black team shirt from last year. All senior swimmers and divers must attend.

Attention creative problem solvers! We are in the process of forming teams for Destination Imagination, an international creative problem-solving competition. Please see Mrs. Lobser in the Enrichment Room to learn more.
This Saturday's novice tournament at Arapahoe has been cancelled due to lack of entries. We are STILL planning to compete at Overland High School's tournament which is also an afternoon tournament. Please come by Ms. Graham's desk for a schedule and driving instructions.
