Some students have experienced difficulties when working on an attachment that they’ve emailed to themselves at school. When you download an attachment from your email, you want to save it to your server folder first, and then open it from your server folder. If you choose to open it from your email, the document gets saved as a temporary file in your web browser, and then gets deleted when you exit your web browser. Please always choose to save it first, then exit out of your email and open it from your server folder.
