General Announcements

HO! HO! HO!  We are so close to our goal of 1000 toys!  Way to go Warriors!   We still need about 300 toys so bring toys to the Attendance Office tomorrow.  We truly appreciate all of your contributions and so will the kids at Colfax Elementary and the Denver Indian Center.  The Wrapping Party will be held Monday, Dec. 10, right after school in the cafeteria.  Please come help wrap and get the toys ready for delivery.

Science Bowl Team Members, there will be a mandatory meeting today in Room W102. If you would like to compete, you need to attend one of these meetings. If you can't make it, see Ms. Durow or Mrs. Firchau.

Attention Warriors -- You will receive your 2nd Semester Schedules in your 3rd hour class on Monday, December 10th.  Please see Mrs. Flinders in the Guidance Center if you do not have a 3rd hour class on Monday.  Schedule adjustments can be made for academic misplacement.  Please see your counselor during your unscheduled hours.  The schedule adjustment period will run from December 10th-14th and December 17th-21st.
Remember changes will be made for Academic Misplacement ONLY.

Here’s an important reminder to new members of National Honor Society: Our induction ceremony is Monday night at 7:00!  Our mandatory dress rehearsal is after school at 2:30 in the theater, and it will last approximately an hour.  Then you will need to be back in the theater between 6:30 and 6:45 for this important event.  For current members of National Honor Society, we do not have any more meetings this semester, but your service logs are due before the end of the semester.  Please just drop off your completed service log at Mr. Smith's desk in the science office, sometime before the end of the semester.  Thank you.

Athletics

Do you have a hidden talent you would like to present to your fellow Warriors?  Mr. Sisler is the Master of Ceremonies for all home basketball game half-time performances.  If interested in being a part of any of these events, please see Mr. Sisler in the Athletic Office.  It's a Great Day to be a Warrior!

Congrats to the Lady Warriors Freshman team as they picked up their first league win last night at Overland.  The Warriors won 31-17.  They played great team basketball.  Keep it up!
