*If you have lost your school or art pencil bag, please come to the Front Office to see if we have yours.
*Warriors, we LOVE your spirit today at the assembly! Craving pizza? See you at the Streets of Southglenn Parry’s Pizza TONIGHT for our Dish for Wish event. 20% of what they make will go to Stefan’s wish. Tell them you’re there to support AHS Warrior Week.
*Tomorrow is Surf and Turf Day, so wear your tourist gear and a Hawaiin shirt. Eat across the street at Zells from 2:00pm to 7:00pm and they will give back 20% of their earnings to our Wish kid - Stefan.
*Wednesday, the Warrior Week Badminton Tourney begins during both lunches. Sign up to play with a partner by TOMORROW, Tuesday, April 18th. The cost is $5 per person. Play begins Wednesday. April 19th during your lunch. See the Badminton Tournament signs all over school or ask your PE teacher if you have questions. Also on Wednesday, the Annual Warrior Week Senior vs Faculty basketball game will be in the Main gym at 6:30pm. Admission is $5, and $1 per free throw contest at halftime.
*If you'd like to learn about what it's like to work for the US Navy, Sergeant Swartz will be in the cafeteria TODAY during both lunches
*Summer is near...a Lifeguard Recertification class will take place the weekend of May 20th. Please email Mrs. Abner if you are interested in this Lifeguard Recertification class.
*Support the Arapahoe Band program on Thursday, April 20th. Bring your family and friends to Fajita Pete’s at EITHER their Centennial or Highlands Ranch location. 10% of sales, all day from both locations, will be donated to Arapahoe Band Boosters.
Athletics
*Good luck to our AHS Girls Varsity Golf team as they play at the Bruin Invitational TODAY.
*Come out and cheer on your AHS Varsity Girls Soccer team as they play Rampart TONIGHT at LPS Stadium at 5:30pm. Please wear pink to support the team as we support Breast Cancer Awareness. JV Girls Soccer plays Rampart at the AHS Soccer field at 4:30pm. C Team Girls Soccer plays Eaglecrest at the AHS Soccer field at 4:30pm on Tuesday, April 18th.
