*Good morning Superheroes! Stefan would love this! It was great to see all of you at the Senior/Faculty Basketball game last night. Congrats to the Seniors who won by 2!! Tomorrow is Black and Gold Day, along with Anything But a Backpack.
Today, Bare Blends hosts our Dish for Wish from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Grab a smoothie, and then watch the badminton tournament during both lunches.
Warriors, The Arapahoe High School Carnival is back - TOMORROW after school from 5:00-8:00 pm at Arapahoe. Your peers will be hosting special booths promoting their club, with games and fun supporting OUR “Make a Wish friend - Stefan. 50 tickets for $20 dollars are available at the door. We hope to see you there!
*Summer is near...a Lifeguard Recertification class will take place the weekend of May 20th at AHS. Please email Mrs. Abner if you are interested in this Lifeguard Recertification class.
*This year’s AP Environmental Science students invite you to celebrate Earth Day TOMORROW from 7:45am-8:25am in the Science Office. Tomorrow is Warrior Spirit and Anything but a Backpack Day as well as Earth Day Eve. Here is your quick reminder to include some vintage AHS gear or thrift store finds in your outfit for tomorrow! Participants who come to the science office will enter raffles, take photos, and get stickers/flowers to show their commitment! The purpose is to help all Warriors feel empowered to encourage thoughtful spending, demonstrate how easy it is to reuse instead of buying new, and to shine a light on the environmental impact of “fast fashion.”
*Support the Arapahoe Band program TODAY. Bring your family and friends to Fajita Pete’s at EITHER their Centennial or Highlands Ranch location. 10% of sales, all day from both locations, will be donated to Arapahoe Band Boosters.
*LPS Driver Ed presents “Teaching your Student to Drive - a Parent/Guardian Driver’s Ed Webinar”. Register for this free program to assist adult Parents/Guardians with instructional tips, techniques, and strategies in working with their student driver’s 50 hour requirement. We will also answer questions about the driver education process. Register for free through this Google Form Link and we will send you a Google invitation prior to the May 10th webinar.

*Good Luck to the Girls Varsity Golf team TODAY as they compete at Aurora Hills Golf Course in a Centennial League tournament.
*Join us tonight at 7:00pm at LPS Stadium as the ABK Girls Soccer program celebrates Senior night and our 11 amazing Seniors. These Warriors have contributed significantly to the ABK program and we hope you will come out and help us celebrate their commitment to the team in their years at AHS!
*Game, set, match! Cheer on your Girls Tennis teams as they take on Overland TODAY. Varsity plays at AHS tennis courts at 3:45pm and JV Black also plays at 3:45pm at Overland HS,
*Come and support our LPS Boys Volleyball teams as they compete at Overland TONIGHT. Varsity plays at 6:30pm. JV plays at 5:30pm.
