Attention sophomores and juniors! Are you interested in taking college courses next school year while you’re still enrolled at AHS? If so, you must attend a mandatory informational meeting on Wednesday, February 28th during first or second lunch in the forum. Please see your counselor if you have any questions!
Hey all Seniors!! We’re only a few short months away from graduation and next week you will have a chance to make an impact on the big day!! Today, in the cafeteria you can vote for your favorite teachers to read off our names at graduation. Hooray Class of 2007!!!
A quick reminder from the Post Grad Center: Check the white board outside the Guidance and Post Grad Centers regularly for a list of colleges visiting Arapahoe. Check the visit schedule on Naviance, sign up and get a pass in the Guidance Center to visit with college representatives. Kansas State is visiting today; CSU Pueblo and Metro are visiting on Friday.
Those students taking the SAT Test Prep Class tomorrow need to enter the building through the Northwest Door near the Science Wing. The class will be in W201 and W202.
GOOD LUCK TO THE 41 DECA STUDENTS WHO ARE COMPETING AT THE STATE COMPETITION IN COLORADO SPRINGS SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY!
The next TSA club next meeting is this Monday, Feb 26. Please plan on attending. The registration deadline for the state conference is fast approaching. Please get your event sign-up form, conference paperwork, and money in to Mr. McMullen ASAP so you don’t miss out!
Athletics
The boys and girls basketball teams have made it to the State playoffs! The girls will play Monarch High School here at Arapahoe tonight at 7:00 pm. The boys will host Arvada West tomorrow night at 7:00 pm also here at Arapahoe. No student passes will be accepted. Admission will be $3 for ALL students and $5 for adults. Go Warriors!
