all students -- You will receive your 1st Semester
report cards in your 3rd hour
class TODAY. Please see Mrs. Flinders in the Guidance Center if you do
not have a 3rd hour class.
Sophomores
and Juniors, your long-awaited test results are here! Please come and pick up
your PSAT and PLAN results in the Guidance Office.
Hey Warriors! Concert Choir will be making bracelets to send to the
students of Berrendo Middle School in the cafeteria after school today.
Anyone interested in coming should know that the materials and
instructions will be provided, all we need are some extra hands.
Come show your support for this school!

all FBLA Members. Students who are competing in a presentation event
at the District Competition are invited to a competition prep night today.
Please stop by the business department during lunch or after school today
in order to sign up for this event.

Warriors! The 2014 Arapahoe High School Winter Dance, A Night in Lights, is on Saturday, January 25th from 7-10 p.m. in the AHS Cafeteria. It is semi-formal
and is a Sadie Hawkins night where the girls invite the guys! The
cost is $10/person in advance and $15/person at the door. Tickets are on sale
in the cafeteria during both lunches. This dance is so
much fun, you won't want to miss it!
Attention all club sponsors, officers, and members: It is time to take this year’s club photos
for the 2013-2014 Calumet Yearbook. Club photos will be taken tomorrow
and Monday, February 10 in the AHS theatre after school from 2:30-3:30.
Sponsors, please sign up your club for a time slot as soon as possible. Thank you!
Attention club members. The following clubs have signed up to
have their club photo taken for the yearbook tomorrow after school in the theatre
are Warriors of the Word, Wild Warrior Women, Speech and Debate and Art Club.
Please plan to be there for the photo if you are involved in these groups.
There are still time-slots available for other clubs, so please sign up if you
are an officer.
Remember,
students, that The Muse magazine has extended its deadline for writing and
art submissions for Volume 12. The
Muse staff believes that
sharing our stories will make us stronger and help us heal. We would also like to remind
faculty and staff that you, too, can send us your stories, reflections, or
artwork, especially as it pertains to the last month here at Arapahoe.
Faculty submissions can be emailed directly to Mr. Miles. Students, please see
our guidelines for submitting on The
Muse web page under Activities. Our new deadline will be the last day of January--the
31st. Thank you.

Come support the Lady Warriors varsity tonight as they play
Mullen at 7 pm! Make sure to bring your dollars and give it your
best shot from the free throw line to win a 2 liter soda! $1 a
shot! Take a chance!

AHS Baseball Players: If you are interested in trying out for the AHS
Baseball team, please register as soon as possible. Go to www.arapahoebaseball.com and go to register. Click on 2013-2014 Spring
Baseball Registration and go through the steps. Thank you.
Attention all boys swimmers and divers. Registration for
boys swimming and diving season is tonight at 7 pm in the AHS
cafeteria. Please enter through the east entrance to attend this event.
