General Announcements

*Starting each Monday, we will be sharing a Mindful Moment over the announcements. A mindful moment by definition is a 1-minute mindful pause but can be anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes. A mindful moment is a deliberate action you take to be mindful by attending to the here and now in a nonjudgmental way. The research shows that taking brief breaks throughout your day is restorative in many ways, including reducing your stress level, boosting your mood and keeping you more alert and focused to improve your performance. Each Monday we invite you to try a new Mindful Minute for that week in order to support your mental health.
