*Have a HEART! Pay your Library Fines during the month of February and your fines will go towards the Warrior Week Fundraiser for Tony. Remember… All fines must be paid in the Library.
*February is Positive Friends Month sponsored by Sources of Strength. The goal of this month is to recognize the positive friends in your life. Come by on Thursday, February 7, during both lunches to take Positive Polaroids with your friends. There will be a chance to win a Chipotle gift card and we will be collecting donations for Warrior Wish Week. Look forward to the fun activities with your Positive Friends during February!
*You might already know that Arapahoe High School is affiliated with the Northern Arapaho Tribe. You might not be aware that the Class of 2019 has decided that part of its class gift will be used to continue a tradition of strengthening this relationship by sending a delegation of students and staff to the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming this April. All students are welcome to apply to be part of this delegation. We will bring students from all classes to represent our high school, so you are encouraged to apply. Applications are available in the counseling office, and will need to be completed by next Friday, February 15.
*College Night is for juniors, sophomores, freshman students AND parents! We are currently expecting 900 people! If you are coming and have not RSVP'd, please do so by Friday morning at 8:00 AM.
*Juniors! The date and time of this semester's Post Grad appointment is posted in both the library and the Post Grad Center. Please make note of it for future planning.
*Attention: Sophomores and Juniors -There will be a meeting in the forum on Monday, February 11th during both lunches for anyone interested in taking a Concurrent Enrollment course AT Arapahoe Community College fall semester. The required paperwork with be given out to any students interested. Students planning on taking a Concurrent Enrollment class at Arapahoe High School next year do NOT have to attend this meeting. Please feel free to bring your lunch.
*Attention all juniors registering on Thursday, February 7: please be sure to check the master course list on the registration tab on the AHS website to see which courses are now full. This will help with your registration tomorrow. Thank you!

*Our JV & Varsity Basketball guys take on Smoky at Smoky Hill tonight and need your support. 5:30 pm for our JV guys and 7 pm for Varsity!
* Cheer on your Unified Warrior Basketball team today at 4:15 as they face the Buffalos at Smoky Hill!
*Boys and Girls cross country runners please attend a brief meeting on Thursday, February 7, in W-1887 at 8 am or 3:35 pm. Important summer and season updates will be discussed.
*This weekend our Girls Swim & Dive state qualifiers travel to Thornton for the State competition. Swim Prelims are Friday at 4:00 pm, Dive Prelims are Saturday at 9:30 am. Finals for both are Saturday at 3:00 pm. All events to be held at Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center. Come cheer on our Lady Water Warriors!
*Hey Warrior Girl Golfers...Our season and tryouts start on Feb. 25th! Join us next week for a non- mandatory “Hitting Camp” February 11th-13th at 4:15pm on the range at Family Sports Center on Arapahoe Road. Come warm up and get ready for a great season. *Next week Wednesday, February 13, 6:00-9:00 pm there will be a meeting for all boys interested in AHS swim and dive AND THEIR PARENTS in the AHS Forum. Coach Richmond will outline plans for the season and the Swim/Dive Board will layout the registration process and expectations.
