*Yesterday was the first Out of the Darkness Campus Walk held at Arapahoe. We had an overwhelming turnout to the event. About 1,200 participants, including students, staff, parents, and other community members, showed up to honor their loved ones and show their support for mental health. Congratulations to Ry Renshaw and Brooke Smiley for all their hard work in planning, organizing and implementing this event. As of today, the donations for the walk total over $73,000. A huge thank you to all of you that participated. The message was loud and clear, “Together we can Stop Suicide!” The conversation has begun; it’s up to all of us to keep it going!
