*Juniors and Seniors! It's time to nominate for the Prom Royalty Court. The link to vote is in your LPS email.
*Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python and you have The 39 Steps, a fast paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theatre. Come see the Company Class perform this chaotic comedy at 7pm this Friday and Saturday in the theatre. Admission is free.
*Tonight is the annual FBLA Volleyball Tournament in the Main Gym. Admission is free for all students! Be sure to come and cheer on all of your friends dressed in their favorite candy themes. Be sure to enter through the West Entrance.
*Seniors, if you are interested in auditioning to be the keynote speaker at this year's 2019 graduation ceremony, there is a google form to fill out in your LPS email inboxes. Auditions will be held on April 16th after school.
*Hey Warriors! Want to see some sweet shows and have some sweets to eat?
Arapahoe Winter Guard and Arapahoe Winter Percussion are hosting a Performance and dessert bar this Friday night at seven pm in the gym. Percussion will perform their Steampunk program "Retro Future" and Guard will perform their inspiring show "Still I Rise." The Winter seasons are coming to the final weeks for these amazing students. Tickets available at the door for only $10 which includes both shows and desserts! Join The Arapahoe Band Boosters for a great night!
*This Saturday, April 6th, Arapahoe Warrior Percussion will compete at Rocky Mountain Percussion Association's State Competition at the Air Force Academy. Go Warriors!
*Hey Warriors! The Wind River Journey is coming up next week. Remember to bring in your gently used coats to share with the Northern Arapaho Nation. Collection boxes are at the east kiosk, cafeteria, front office and Counseling office through April 10. Thank you for your generosity!
Athletics
*Your Varsity Girls Soccer Team played tough into double overtime Tuesday against Grand View and had an impressive comeback in the second half, ending in a 2-2 final score. Way to battle Lady Warriors!!! Next up, Varsity ABK faces Smoky Hill this Thursday at 4:30 at Smoky Hill High School.
*Before Spring Break, the Fresh/Soph lady Warriors played tough against three teams. They tied Columbine, took a loss to Ralston Valley and beat Regis. They came back Monday afternoon, rested and ready - beating Grandview 2-0. Nicely done, ABK!
*Boys Swim & Dive invites you to join them at the Arapahoe pool on Thursday night at 5:00 PM for a dual meet against Grandview, and on Saturday morning for the AHS Invitational.
*Boys varsity lacrosse plays Rock Canyon today at 4:00 PM at Echo Park Field.
*Girls lacrosse battles against ThunderRidge. Varsity is at 4:00 PM at Shea Stadium and JV is at ThunderRidge HS at 4:00 PM.
*Come support the Freshman baseball team as they take on Grandview at the Warrior's field starting at 4:30 pm.
