General Announcements
*Congratulations to AHS Senior, Simon Slovut (violin), and AHS Sophomores, Aaron Liu (violin) and Gavin Turner (bassoon), for being selected to the Colorado All State Philharmonic Orchestra! This prestigious event was hosted this past weekend (February 1-3) at Colorado State University in Fort Collins and their performance was absolutely amazing! Awesome job representing Arapahoe and LPS!!
*Warriors - do you want to travel to Japan or Rwanda with other Warriors! An informational travel meeting will be held by Ms. Wood on Tuesday, February 6th at 6:00pm in room E1287. Please enter through the main east entrance. You must bring a parent and RSVP for the meeting. Find the link to RSVP for the meeting and all the other details on the AHS webpage. Don’t miss out on these once in a lifetime trips.
Athletics
*Anyone interested in playing Girls Golf this Spring needs to attend the Parent/Player Meeting TONIGHT at 6:00pm in the Forum. Please enter through the north Forum doors. We will discuss important details about the upcoming season and how tryouts will work. Please tell your parents or guardian to attend. See Mr. Riordan in the World Language office if you have any questions.
*Good luck to the Varsity Cheerleading team as they head out to the National Championship Competition in Orlando, Florida this week! The team will be competing 2 different routines against hundreds of teams around the nation. Best of luck, Cheer! Roll Tribe!
*Any AHS boys interested in playing on the LPS Boys Volleyball team this spring, we have open gym time scheduled for Thursday, February 8th and 15th @ Littleton HS (north gym) from 8:00pm-10:00pm. Tryouts are February 19th-21st.
