General Announcements
Today was to be the last day to sign up for the PSAT. However, due to the Power Failure on Monday we are extending the sign up time for the test through Thursday. Remember you can sign up during lunchtime in the cafeteria and any other time in the Guidance Center. The Cost is $20.00.
For a listing of college reps at AHS this week, please see the college calendar in the Guidance Center or the white board outside Guidance for the schedule. Interested students please sign up to meet with the rep of your choice.
Rebel Without a Cause tickets on sale all this week in the lunch room. Show dates are Thursday, Friday and Sat of this week and the curtain goes up a 7:00 pm. Tickets are $5.00. Don't miss it.
Calling all Muse members! Two weeks have slithered away and it's time to meet again and share snacks and do some writing! We missed some of you at our last meeting, but look forward to seeing EVERYONE in our lovely C-17, Wednesday after school! Don't snooze, do the Muse!
Hey Guys, it’s time for another CSJC meeting, or community service just ‘cause. The holidays are coming up quickly and we have a lot to do to get ready and plan for before then. Our meeting will be right after school in Room C-19 this Thursday. See you there, and remember, it’s not too late to join.

Congratulations to all members of the Warrior Marching Band who made some more Arapahoe High School history last night at the Metro State Marching Band Qualifying Festival! The Warrior Band placed second in the state with a school record 80.92 points!! The Arapahoe Color Guard placed first in the state ahead of last year’s state champion, Pomona!! With the Warrior Band’s current second seeding, they are slated to perform last at Invesco in the State Championships, at approximately 4pm, Next Sunday, October 23rd – don’t miss it!!!!
Athletics-
Attention all boy’s interested in swimming and diving. There will be a very important meeting Wednesday Oct 12th. Please meet at the swimming pool at 2:20 PM. We need to confirm your interest and secure addresses especially for all freshman.
CONGRATULATIONS to the Freshman B, Freshman A, Sophomore and Junior Varsity Volleyball teams in their sweep against Rock Canyon last night. Way to go Warrior Volleyball. Come cheer on your volleyball team on Thursday against Regis. The matches start at 4:00 and Varsity starts at 7:00. Good luck ladies!
