It’s that time of year for eligible juniors and seniors to start applying for membership in National Honor Society!  If you are a junior with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, or a senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher, then you are eligible to apply for membership.  Eligible students should have received a letter at their home address, inviting them to join and also explaining the application process.  If your GPA makes you eligible for NHS, but you haven’t received a letter at home, please contact Mr. Smith or Ms. McGeorge in the science office.  This letter also tells you about important informational meetings that have been going on this week.  If you are applying for membership in NHS, and you have not attended one of these meetings yet, your MUST attend the meeting after school today at 2:20 in room W-103.  Remember that these meetings are only for eligible juniors and seniors, so if you are unsure whether you are eligible, please contact Mr. Smith or Ms. McGeorge in the science office.

Attention Juniors and Seniors! A representative from Arapahoe Community College will be here today for anyone interested in taking Concurrent Enrollment classes for 2nd Semester. This is a great chance to receive high school and college credit. If interested, please plan on attending a short meeting during either 1st or 2nd lunch in the Forum to receive more information and paperwork.
