Hello
Warriors! We are extremely proud to announce the names of the Semi
Finalists, in the 2015 National Merit Scholarship Program. These students
are honored for their outstanding performance on the 2013 PSAT which they took
last October. The Semi Finalists are: Zoey Huey, Robert Mayer, and Sanjay
Patil. If you see these seniors in class or in the halls, please
congratulate them. Great job Warriors!

It's time
for the monthly Arapahoe Herald survey! This month's survey focuses on the
similarities and differences between underclassmen and upperclassmen. The link to the survey has been sent to your
LPS email accounts. Please complete the survey by Wednesday, September 17th at 2:30 pm. Results will be
printed in the issue of the Herald distributed on Monday,
September 22nd. Thank
you, we value your opinion greatly!
Attention
all juniors and seniors. Have you taken three business classes? If
so, stop by the Business Department and pick up an application for the National
Business Honor Society! Applications are due by next Monday, September 22nd
Athletics
Congratulations to the boys JV and Varsity tennis teams
in their win over Chatfield yesterday. JV match against Overland starts
at 3:30 at Powell Middle School and Varsity plays against Overland on the AHS
courts 3:30! Tomorrow it’s
Columbine and Thursday is
a match against Smokey Hill. Come out and cheer them on - all
matches are here at Arapahoe!
Your Varsity Boys Soccer team is playing
Chatfield at the Arapahoe High School soccer field today at 4:30 –
come cheer them on.
