Attention
Seniors: Graduation announcement orders will be taken today and Friday
during lunch time in the cafeteria - order
packets are available in the Main office and Guidance office.
Lost and Found: Please
check the table in the cafeteria for clothing items and the Attendance Office
for smaller items. After tomorrow, all items will be donated.
Athletics
Hey Warriors! Come out and support the Varsity football team as
they take on the Heritage Eagles tomorrow night at LPSS. Kick-off is
at 7:00 p.m. Tickets will be on sale in the cafeteria during both lunches today
and Friday. Students - please remember to bring your student
ID to the game. If you have an SBA pass on your ID, you will
not need to purchase a ticket. Ticket prices are $5 for
adults and $3 for students K-12.
Hey Warriors! The Spear will broadcast the huge rivalry football
game against Heritage this Friday at 7:00 pm. The link to the Spear can be
found on the Arapahoe homepage. In addition, a special passcode and
instructions have been sent to your LPS email! You will need this info to log
in and watch the game. Goooooo Warriors!
Congratulations to the Varsity Boys tennis team in their win over
Cherokee Trail! Last home match is today at 3:30 against Mullen, come out and
support the team. Go Seniors!
Freshman and Sophomore Volleyball had a great victory over
Grandview last night. League play continues next week with games against Mullen
and Eaglecrest. Come out and support your volleyball Warriors!
The Arapahoe Varsity Boys Soccer team was victorious over
Eaglecrest yesterday by a score of 3-2. Arapahoe’s Goals were scored by Mike
Chism, Preston Gallegos and Jacob Draudt.
There will
be NCAA/NAIA Compliance Orientation on Tuesday, September 30th during
lunches in the Forum for all Juniors and Seniors interested in competing in
athletics on the college level. For more information and to sign up for
this meeting, please stop by either the Athletic or Guidance Office.
2015 will be a banner year for the AHS girls lacrosse team,
but we need your help. Join us on Monday, October 6th, from 7:00- 8:15 p.m., for the kick off meeting for all players and parents
in the AHS Cafeteria. We are excited to welcome our Freshman families
as well as all returning players! Our fun and talented Coaches, Stacey
Birlson and Carrie Levi, will join us this evening. All athletes,
experienced and inexperienced, are encouraged to come hear about the AHS Girls
Lacrosse 2015 plans. Please bring your
