General Announcements
*Warriors--Next Monday September 9th during TRIBE, we will have an amazing guest speaker at AHS for an all-school assembly to talk about teenage issues surrounding bullying, social media, acceptance, drugs and alcohol, and becoming a more resilient individual. It will be an uplifting message for everyone at Arapahoe. Students will be dismissed via the PA system FROM 2nd HOUR to go straight to the assembly. Students will return to their 2nd hour classroom to retrieve their belongings AFTER the assembly and then proceed to their 3rd hour classes. All CTE students coming from off-site locations will be allowed late admittance.
*All students please remember to check your LPS email account regularly. Important information is sent to your LPS email especially for Tribe Mondays.
*Attention all NHS members! We will have our first meeting for returning seniors on September 12th after school in the forum. We will be discussing the year ahead and meeting our new officers. See you there!

Athletics
*Our Tennis Warriors took home a big win against Cherokee Trail last night! Varsity won with a score of 7 to 0 and Jv Black won 9-3!
*Our Field Hockey Warriors travel to Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs today. Varsity plays at 5:15 PM and JV at 6:30 PM.
*The final day of the Warrior Invitational Tournament is tomorrow – JV plays Liberty HS at the south field at AHS at 1:00 PM. Varsity plays Liberty at LPS Stadium at 7:00 PM. Come support your Warriors Saturday!
*Our Girls Gymnastics Team will be back in the gym on Saturday afternoon at the Palmer Ridge Invite in Monument! Have a great Meet, Ladies!
