General Announcements
*Seniors - have you been measured for your graduation gown? Please stop by Mrs. Sorensen’s office, located in Student Services to check this off your list. Measurements are due by October 18th.
*Come get a dose of Shakespeare TONIGHT & TOMORROW at 7:00pm in the AHS Theatre as AHS Thespians are producing their Fall Play, Romeo and Juliet. This 90-minute, beautiful production combines older elements of the play, like the original Shakespearean poetry, and newer theatrical elements, like pop songs and a 40-person stage fight. You can purchase tickets for the performance at our website, bit.ly/ahstheatre.
*Hey Juniors and Seniors, today is your lucky day. We have some extra Junior Jerseys and Senior Apparel available for sale in the DECA store. We have limited quantities and sizes available, so stop by soon if you would like to purchase something.
*The 7th Annual Arapahoe High School Charity Car Show is back! Come by TOMORROW from 9am to noon in the east parking lot. You can bring your car, your family's car, your friend's car and tell anyone with a cool car to join us. We will award prizes for the top 3 cars deemed best in show. All donations will support the AHS Toys for Tots drive. Hope to see you there!
*Key Club members, don't forget to turn in your dues to Mrs. Monson or Mrs. Kitch by Monday, October 9th. Turn in your $20 in the World Languages office.
*Warriors, if you like reading, come join Book Club! It is a low-commitment club and a great way to meet new people who also enjoy reading. Even students who don’t read often are encouraged to join. There is only one meeting a month, the last Wednesday of the month at 8:20am in the library. The book for October is The Saturday Night Ghost Club by Craig Davidson, that explores coming of age with a group of boys exploring local ghost stories.
