Did you know that the Bonfils Blood Center requires 4,350 blood donors each week to meet the needs of our community? You could be one of those necessary donors by signing up for the National Honor Society Bonfils Blood Drive, which will take place on Thursday, November 8. You must be 18 years old, or 17 with a signed parent permission form, to donate. NHS volunteers will be signing up donors during both lunches beginning November 1. Watch for posters around school, or visit the National Honor Society web page on the AHS web site for more information. Make a difference by literally giving of yourself.

Be sure to pick up the latest issue of the Arapahoe Herald, Arapahoe's student newspaper, in the news stands located at either end of the cafeteria, in most classrooms, the library or the main office.
