General Announcements
Come enjoy a great band concert tonight starting at 7pm in the Theater. Featured bands will include Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and The Wind Ensemble. Our all state senior trumpeter, Colton Crandell, will perform the famous “Carnival of Venice” cornet solo – you don’t want to miss it! Also, starting at 6pm will be numerous small ensemble performances. Our award winning Winter Percussion Ensemble will be featured during this pre-concert ensemble part of the evening.
Athletics
A big congratulation goes out to the Varsity 1 boy's Lacrosse team!!! Last night's 14-4 win over Littleton was a great way to start off the season. The Warriors dominated the whole time and goals were made by Chris Carry, Eric Law, Kevin Law, Bill Mercer, Matt Pullara and Ryan Parietti. Goalie Wes Gibler saved a lot of tough shots and Matt Pullara won all the face-offs as usual. Keep up the great job guys. Heritage is next!
The girl’s varsity tennis team defeated Douglas County yesterday by a score of 7-0. The Warriors improved their record to 3 wins and only 1 loss. Congratulations girls!
Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Lacrosse Team!! Last night At LPS Stadium, in a tight, hard-fought game, your Lady Warriors defeated 3rd-ranked Colorado Academy 11-10. Scoring for the Warriors were: Adison Rounds; 2 Goals, 2 Assists, Kristen Hosek; 2 Goals 1 Assist, Katie Gerhard; 2 Goals, Kate Spring; 2 Goals, Channing Ahbe; 1 Goal, Stacey Birlson; 1 Goal, and Stephanie Curtis; 1 Goal. Way to go Ladies! Please come support the team at their next game today at St. Mary's Academy at 4:00.

Hey ADR members, we have a very important meeting today after school in W104! We will be putting together our presentation and we need all the input we can get! Plus, there will be fun snacks! See you after school!!
The Young Democrats will have a meeting today, March 14th after school in room C6 to plan for our next debate on March 21st, on domestic policy.
