General Announcements

CONGRATULATIONS to all the poets, writers, and visual artists who have been accepted to the 2007 Muse magazine, Volume Five! The complete list of winners is posted in the Muse display case outside the English office. Please take a few minutes to congratulate your friends who will have their work published in this year’s Muse magazine, and we’ll look forward to seeing you all at the Showcase Night, which will be Tuesday April 10th. Mark your calendar!! We especially want to thank ALL OF YOU who took a chance and submitted your artistic work for our consideration. The competition was tough, and we couldn’t accept many good pieces because we couldn’t fit them all in! Please try again next year!

CSAP Testing is coming up next week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Bell schedules are posted around the school, so please take a minute and familiarize yourself with the plan for those days. Please remember that the time changes this weekend, so check your clocks on Sunday.

Freshmen and Sophomores: Your room assignments are posted in the cafeteria by the security office and also in the gym hallway next to the science stairs. Please check your assignment and come to the attendance office if you don’t see your name on the list. Also, remember you must bring a book each day of the testing to read when you finish the tests.

Juniors and Seniors: Your arrival time each day is 11:15 am. You will not be allowed to enter the building prior to that. Classes will begin at 11:38 am.

There will be a meeting for all members of the senior class gift committee today right after school in room C1. Bring your t-shirt designs and gift ideas.
