General Announcements

CSAP Testing is coming up next week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Bell schedules are posted around the school, so please take a minute and familiarize yourself with the plan for those days. Please remember that the time changes this weekend, so check your clocks on Sunday.

Freshmen and Sophomores: Your room assignments are posted in the cafeteria by the security office and also in the gym hallway next to the science stairs. Please check your assignment and come to the attendance office if you don’t see your name on the list. Also, remember you must bring a book each day of the testing to read when you finish the tests.

Juniors and Seniors: Your arrival time each day is 11:15 am. You will not be allowed to enter the building prior to that. Classes will begin at 11:38 am.

Hey Student Council kids! Due to CSAP testing next week, our normal Tuesday morning meeting has been moved to Friday, March 16th. See you on Friday at 6:45 am in the forum. Lots of Wish Week planning to do so don’t miss it.

Athletics

Girl's Varsity Lacrosse won their first game of the season, defeating Green Mountain 12 to 6. Great job ladies! Come support the lady lax players at their next game tomorrow, March 10 at 11:30 against Creek at the Stutler Bowl. Scoring for the Warriors were: Kristen Hosek 2 goals, 1 assist; Stacey Birlson 2 goals, 1 assist, Katie Gerhard 2 goals, 1 assist; Becky Baltakis 1 goal, 2 assists, Kate Spring 1 goal, 1 assist, Megan O'Donnell 1 goal, 1 assist, Hadley Bush 1 goal, Jen Fezler 1 goal, Adison Rounds 1 goal.

Congratulations to the JV Lady Warriors lacrosse for their first win of the season, defeating Green Mountain 9-0. Scoring for the Lady Warriors were Kelsey Gibbons with 3 goals, Courtney Jones with 2 goals, and Hanna Hoopingarner, Alee Day, Emma Van Vranken and Katherine Igoe with one goal each! The JV plays Creek on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Stutler Bowl.

The JV Boys Lacrosse team brought the heat home against the Colorado Academy Mustangs after an amazing comeback with 3 goals under a minute. Goals during the game were produced by Blake Besancon, Matt Huner, Hunter Hall, Fritz Jaeger and Sean Burke. Amazing work done by Jake Fields and Spenser Zepelin as well. Score: 6 to 5!
