Hey Warriors! Are you interested in being a part of a winning team? If you like to perform, dance, and express yourself you should consider being a part of the Arapahoe Winter Guard. Coach Bailey and the current members would love for you to come to our first Winter Guard meeting today at 3 p.m. in the AHS Band Room. Hope to see you there!
Come one, come all to the next TSA meeting after school Monday, November 7th in E10. There will be a brief business meeting followed by an activity. If you haven’t paid your dues yet, please bring them to this meeting to get lettering points for the first turn in date! Anyone interested in the TSA Leadership training in December should also attend this meeting!
Have you taken Business Technology 1 yet? If not, this announcement is VERY IMPORTANT for you! The Business Department is offering the BT1 Proficiency Exam on Thursday, November 10th from 2:30-3:00 or 3:15 – 3:45 in Room S2. If you are a strong typer and can pass this exam you can enroll directly in Advanced Business Technology 2 for your graduation requirement. Stop by the Business Dept. if you have any questions.
Athletics:
Warrior Football Fans....This weekend is the first round of state playoffs for this 2011 football season. Come support our players as they meet Thunder Ridge for the big game. Be at Shea Stadium Friday night. Game starts at 7 p.m. Let's be loud and proud!!! Go Warriors!!!!
Winter Sports Registration will take place during lunches this week in the cafeteria. Sign up for wrestling today. Please stop by the Athletic Office and pick up your registration paperwork today!
Student Insurance coverage is available to all High School students thru K12 Accident and Health. Enrolling is easy and the premium is very inexpensive. Please stop by the Athletic Office to pick up an information sheet. Just a reminder that all students who are going to try out for or be active on a High School athletic team must have insurance prior to registration.
