Attention Chess Players! All students and staff are invited to participate in the AHS Student/Staff Chess Tournament today at 2:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. All levels of players are invited to participate! Please see Mrs. Lobser in the Study Center to sign up!
For those of you that signed up for the Talent show try-outs remember to go to N2 &N3. If you are a band, please set up in the large gym on Wednesday and we will come to you for judging.
Any students who are interested in joining the newspaper or yearbook next year should pick up an application from Mr. Anderson in room E8.
Key Club officer elections for the 2010-2011 school year are Monday, April 26th! This is also our last meeting of the year, so come by, choose officers and pencil in our last service projects!
Hey all you seniors!!! Don’t forget there is a very important Senior Class Meeting on Wednesday, April 28th at 10:30 a.m. in the AHS Theater. We will be discussing graduation details and other end of the year information. Please be on time!

Athletics
Congratulations to AHS Girls’ Golf. They won the Littleton Invitational Tournament at Glenmoor yesterday. Katy Dyachkova was 3rd with a 76 and Claudia Davis was 5th with a 78. Sarah Moore finished with an 81 and Becky Gutknecht had an 89.
The Girls’ JV Lacrosse team had a big victory last night over Cherokee Trail, with a final score of 14-1! They take on Kent tonight at Newton, so come and cheer them on!
The Boys’ L3 Lacrosse team had yet another win on Saturday against Eaglecrest, It was an exciting game with a final score of 16-9. They play again on Wed with a match up against Cherry Creek at 4:30 at Powell. Come watch the action.
Attention Football Players: The mandatory booster club meeting for the parents of football players will be held on Monday, April 26 from 7:00-8:30 pm in the Forum. We will discuss and register for upcoming spring and summer football activities. See you there – and Go Warriors.
This week the Varsity Baseball team needs your support to turn their away games into home games!! We play this week at Cherokee Trail on Tuesday the 20th at 4:00 p.m. Then at Cherry Creek on Thursday April 22nd at 4:00 p.m. and finally we host Cherry Creek Saturday the 24th for our Baseball Homecoming game at Arapahoe at 11:00 a.m. Please come out and support Warriors Baseball!
Today is the last home match for your Girls’ Tennis teams and it is the last match at home for this year’s seniors. Come out to the Arapahoe courts to support your Varsity team and go over to Powell to lend a hand to the JV team as they both go up against Grandview.
