General Announcements
Congratulations to Tony Junta, Matt Malech, Bronson Dowd, and Jake Sillman who are quarterfinalists in the JEM scholarship debate competition. Come see them debate 4th, 5th, and 6th hours in the forum. They will debate whether or not we should use the death penalty.

Jazz is in the air! Come celebrate the end of the jazz season tonight in the Theater as Jazz I and Jazz II perform their final concert of the season. Seating is limited, and it will be on stage.

Today Student Council will hold elections for officer positions for the 2010 and 2011 school year. We encourage all students to come to the cafeteria between 7 and 2:30 to choose their student leadership.

If you are planning on taking the Medicine Class in the fall, you will need to get a registration sticker from Mr. Craig. Please stop by the Science Department and find Mr. Craig as soon as possible.

Attention to all of you who made it into the Prom Talent Show. You must pick up some important information from either Mrs. Lhotta or Mrs. Hitchens. Contracts must be turned in by Friday!

Want to work in the DECA Store next year?! Applications are available NOW in the business department. Get them quickly - spots fill up fast!!

Attention Warriors! The Prom Talent Show is right around the corner. Make sure to buy your tickets in the cafeteria May 3rd and 4th during both lunches. Tickets are $5.00 each and will also be sold at the door. The talent show is May 4th at 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Prom royalty will be announced at the 7:00 show. Hope to see you there Warriors!

Attention Juniors and Seniors! This year’s prom theme is “Time of Your Life” and it is approaching quickly. Tickets are on sale until Friday, May 7, in the cafeteria during both lunches. The cost of a single ticket is $38, and will cost $45 at the door. Prom is Saturday, May 8, at 8:00 pm at the Denver Center for Performing Arts’ Seawell Ballroom.

Athletics
The Boys’ Freshman Lacrosse team is back in action again this afternoon. They travel to Bell Middle School to play Golden High School at 5:00 tonight.
Your Girls’ Varsity Tennis team defeated Cherry Creek’s varsity 2 team yesterday by a score of 6-1. Congratulations girls. The varsity team heads off to Grand Junction next week for our regional tournament.

Good luck to the Boys' JV Lacrosse team with their 4:30 game against Cherry Creek Red this afternoon at Powell Middle School. Go Warriors!!

The Girls’ JV Tennis team finished its season undefeated yesterday by crushing Cherry Creek 14-1. Congratulations ladies for an awesome season. Look for an email about the upcoming inner team doubles tournament.
