Hey Warriors! Have you bought your shoes for Prom yet? If not, head to Off Broadway Shoes this weekend of April 20 – 22nd to earn money for AHS DECA! All you have to do is purchase shoes there and bring in your receipt to Mrs. Grantham.
IT’S HERE! The moment you’ve all been waiting for! Applications to work in the DECA store are available NOW! Stop by the DECA store or the Business office to pick up your application to work in the DECA store either in the Fall or Spring semester of next year.
Attention future AP Science Students: You will need to come to the science office and pick up a blue application form in order to be considered for any AP Science course. This needs to be done for each AP Science course that you are applying for and the application is due by April 25th.
Important information for seniors! Applications for Business Certificates of Proficiency are now available in the Business Dept. Be sure to stop by and pick one up if you don't have a business class this semester. Applications are due April 30th and certificates will be distributed the first week of May. Don't miss out on this special recognition of all your hard work!

Thank you to all the participants who tried out for this year’s Prom Talent Show. Everyone exhibited great talent and enthusiasm. The following acts will be appearing in this year’s Prom Talent Show on Thursday, April 26. Everyone in the show must see Mr. Boehm or Ms. Gerlich immediately to sign a Participant Contract. Attention Arapahoe Students! Monday April 23rd Amnesty International will be hosting a film screening and a speaker on the future of Democracy in Afghanistan. The event is at 6:30 in the AHS theater and its free, so bring your parents and friends and learn something new.
Sophomores and juniors: Plan to attend the spring Denver College Fair. It will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2007 from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at the University of Denver Richie Center (located in the Gates Field House on the south side of the Richie Center). Approximately 180 colleges and universities participate. It is a great chance to meet college representatives and get lots of information.

for qualifying in the FBLA National competition in Chicago. Congratulations to all of the members that attended that represented Arapahoe with pride many of them placed in the top ten in the State of Colorado.
Come out and support your AHS Track and Field Team on Friday, April 20th 5pm-9pm @ Noodles & Company on University at Highlands Ranch Parkway. Noodles will donate 20% of all sales during those hours to the AHS Track and Field Team! Go Warriors!
Hey AHS students, do you want to see your school's talent unmasked? Do you want to see prom royalty unveiled? Ticket sales for the prom talent show begin Monday, April 23. Tickets for the 5:00 p.m. and the 7:30 p.m. shows will be sold during both lunches through Thursday, April 26, for $5.00 each.

Athletics
Tuesday night the JV Boys Lacrosse team continued their amazing season with a score of 14-7 over Ponderosa. A stellar goal was made the new attackman, Jake Fields. The team will be playing in the League playoffs this Friday and then on to Cherry Creek next week.
Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Lacrosse Team!! Last night they defeated Chaparral 12 to 7. By winning last night, they became Continental League Champions for the 2nd year in a row!! Scoring for your Warriors were: Kate Spring 4 goals, Channing Ahbe 3 goals, Kristen Hosek 2 goals, Chloe Adelmann, 1 goal, 1 assist, Hadley Bush, 1 goal, Megan O'Donnell 1 goal, Katie Gerhard 1 assist, and Adison Rounds, 1 assist. Allie Ernsten was strong in goal with a total of 10 saves. Way to go Ladies!! Now, let's get pumped for Kent on Monday!!
The boy’s track and field team continued their winning ways last night at the Track Clash Relays. Your warriors won the five team meet beating Regis by four points to take the team title. Both the boys and girls programs will be in action again this weekend at Aurora Public Schools Stadium. Best of luck!!
