In addition we are having a Special "Warrior Spirit" contest for the top five fans who demonstrate the best Warrior Spirit AND Sportsmanship during the game. The winners will each receive Chipotle Burrito Bucks. Please "spread the word" so we can have a great crowd to cheer on the Warriors to Victory!!
Attention all you Warrior Lacrosse fanatics! As many of you dedicated fans witnessed on Friday night, your Warrior Varsity 1 boys beat Cherry Creek 7-4!!!! CONGRATULATIONS Warriors! Things weren't looking so good at first, Creek was up by two at the end of the 1st quarter when Eric Law put one in the net with only 42 seconds left in the quarter. The Warriors turned things around after that and the Warriors completely dominated the second half. Goalie Wes Gibler had the game of his life, his cat-like reflexes was saving everything, and with the help of the Gunter brothers and their tight defense he made sure Creek left LPS defeated. What a sweet win Arapahoe!!! Keep up the great work and thank you fans for braving the cold while cheering them on to victory. Come on out and do it again on Tuesday and Wednesday nights when the V1 team plays against Rangeview and Fort Collins. Both games are played at LPS. Tuesday at 4:00, Wednesday at 7:00. Way to go Warriors!

Congratulations also to the JV Girl's lacrosse team. The lady Warriors braved the bitter cold and the slippery field on Saturday morning and beat the ThunderRidge team 6-4!! Goalie Julia Baker was on fire saving several free shots and the Lady Warriors stayed tough during a very physical game. Scoring for Arapahoe were Aubrey Pullara; 2 Goals, Katherine Igoe; 2 Goals; Kelsey Gibbons; 1 Goal and Shelli Marr; 1 goal-1 Assist. Keep up the good work ladies and BEAT GOLDEN TONIGHT!!!

Today Arapahoe will play host to the City of Littleton Track and Field Championships. The meet starts at 3:30 for anyone that would like to attend. All warrior track athletes need to be at the LPS stadium by 2:45. Any question, please see coach Lienemann.
