General Announcements

Attention Warriors! This is an important announcement regarding registration and scheduling paperwork for next year’s schedule. You now have until tomorrow April 26th to turn in your registration cards to your counselors. Don’t forget to get teacher’s signatures where needed before submitting your cards.

Hey AHS students, do you want to see your school's talent unmasked? Do you want to see prom royalty unveiled? Ticket sales for the prom talent show begin today. Tickets for the 5pm and the 7:30pm shows will be sold during both lunches through Thursday, April 26, for $5.00 each.

Hey there Arapahoe! Have you heard of the 3 sevens? FBLA wants your help sending seven students to the two thousand seven National competitions. For the first time in seven years! Come to the Maggie Moos by Park Meadows between 5 and closing today and15% of the proceeds will go to our FBLA chapter. Thank-you for your support, and we will see you there.

Come out and support your track and field team at Cici's Pizza today. Just order your meal and turn in the receipt to help support the team. Thank you.

Attention seniors! The survey for the senior map in the May issue of the Arapahoe Herald is in your history classes now. Pick up a survey from E8 if you didn’t get one in class. Return completed surveys to E8 or give them to Kate Nixon or Rachel Post by Friday, April 27th.

Sophomores and junior’s who are planning on taking part in the Post Secondary Enrollment Options program for next year, don’t forget to have all of your paperwork in to your counselor by May 1st!

The Rocky Mountain Association for College Admission Counseling (RMACAC) and the Colorado Council on High School/College Relations (CCHS/CR) are pleased to announce the spring Denver College Fair program being held on Sunday, April 29, 2007 from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at the University of Denver Richie Center (located in the Gates Field House on the south side of the Richie Center). This year we expect approximately 180 colleges and universities to participate.

Seniors: a reminder to pick up your application for the JEM scholarship in the Post Grad Center. This is a scholarship with 8 awards for students at Arapahoe High School only. Applications are due by May 4th.

Hey Muse Members! Remember today is our Pizza Party and the last meeting for the year. See you after school in Room C16!

Prom is just around the corner- May 5th! Tickets go on sale today during both lunches.

Congratulations go to our J. E. M. Lincoln-Douglas Debate finalists, Tony Junta and Ben Horblit. They will be competing this evening 7:00 in the Forum in the J.E.M. championship. We encourage everyone to come and watch and give them your support.


Athletics


Attention all girls interested in playing softball next year. There will be a short meeting tomorrow, April 26th right after school in room N-4.
