General Announcements

Juniors and Seniors are invited to sign up for the ASVAB Career Exploration Program – a comprehensive career exploration and planning program designed to help students learn about their interest and explore the world of work. All you have to do to take advantage of this program is take the ASVAB. Testing is scheduled at our school on April 11 at 2:30 pm. Do your best and enjoy all the benefits the ASVAB Program has to offer. For more information or to sign up, see Mrs. Oeinck in the Guidance Office.

Congratulations to all members of Winter Guard for Silver Medaling at the 2007 Winter Guard Championships on Saturday!! Arapahoe scored a season high 89.3, just 2 points behind the 1st place guard!!! Congratulations on a terrific season!!!!

Listen up Muse members and all who love art, poetry and writing. We have another meeting Wednesday, April 4th after school in room C16. Bring your calendars and friends!

Hey Amnesty kids and anyone else interested in helping with the Afghan night! Come to our meeting tomorrow after school in N6 to plan our BRING YOUR PARENT TO SCHOOL Night for April 23. There will be snacks so bring your friends!

There will be a mandatory TSA club meeting tonight after school. Please get here promptly by 2:15 so we can sort out your competition events! It is very important that everyone be here, as all registration changes/additions need to be made by 2:45 today.

Athletics

Attention all Warriors: Wish Week is finally here!!! Be sure to donate money all week to make Cayle’s wish of owning a hot tub come true! Don’t miss the CU Buffoons Concert tomorrow (Tuesday) at 7:00 in the theater – with a special opening performance by the talented Arapahoe Singers! Then, come see Arapahoe’s very own Bobblehead Buddha perform live in concert on Wednesday at 7:00pm in the cafeteria! And you definitely don’t want to miss the Seniors vs. Staff Basketball Game on Thursday at 7:00pm in the gym! Buy tickets all week at lunch for only $3! That’s right, only $3 to make a wish come true. Plus, you can buy stars at lunch for only $1 to make your own wish, and you can buy sweet Wish Week T-shirts for $8 all week! This is an exciting week, Arapahoe, and we need all your help to meet and beat our $8,000 goal!

Boys JV Lacrosse team will be practicing at Arapahoe this afternoon, Monday, April2.

The Spanish club will be having a revival meeting at 2:30 in room C-19 TODAY after school. If students are interested in helping the Spanish club return to Arapahoe High School then please attend this meeting after school today!!!!
